Date: 8-20-23. My family and I were sitting in the drive thru line when an employee “ ******* (***** ***** ******** *****) punched my car and cussed at us. I walked inside the restaurant and asked him why he hit my car. This employee proceeded to get in my face. I yelled at him to get out of my face and two managers came over “ ******* *** *****“. I was told by them I had to leave. I said I would like to speak to a manager, they kept repeating I had to leave. I waited for a manager for atleast 15 minutes before walking in and asking if a manager would be coming or if I needed to call the police. One of the female managers said “do what you need to do”. I walked outside and a manager “*****” came outside and spoke to the employee ******* He then came over and explained it was because their delivery truck was coming and he wanted me to move. I said why didn’t he just ask me to move and he replied “I don’t know. He’s in the wrong. I watched the video footage and seen him hit your car. He will be written up”. I don’t understand why an employee is allowed to hit customers cars and get in their face and just get written up. This is not a resolve for customers. Not okay to do!! If I done this at my job I would be fired immediately!
