      On 9/24/23 I bought 2 tops online for instore pickup. I live in IN so it would be a toll to pick it up. A few hours later they sent a confirmation email but the next day they emailed & said 1 of the tops had sold to somebody else. I emailed them back & asked for a refund, but they never responded. I go in the next day to pick up the top & I asked if they could give me a full refund. 2 employees said they didn’t know how to do that so they told me to call tomorrow because the manager would be in. I call the next day and I asked for the manager & the person on the phone said shes the manager. I relayed all the information & asked for a full refund. She then said that I would need a manager to fix this issue, because she didn’t know how to do that. She initially told me that she was the manager which was a lie. After quite a few failed attempts at begging for a full refund, I opened a case with PayPal. The manager (******* called me & told me that I shouldn’t have done because she would have refunded me. She said it was only a few dollars so she wasn’t sure why I would do that & hung up. Very rude! They created this problem and then went on to act like I was a problem. I wrote a review because I’m so upset over how I have been treated & they replied to it by accusing me of treating their employees like they were worthless. She also said that she hopes I never come back because my business was no longer wanted. They have taken that post & edited out the part that stated my business wasn’t wanted but I do have a screenshot of it. I never treated anyone bad. I never raised my voice or talked down to them. The call I received from the manager was belligerent so they have it reversed. I definitely feel worthless and I don’t appreciate how they bullied and lied to me. Paypal closed the case in their favor because of the partial refund of $28.99, but I never received the tax portion. It’s been almost 3 weeks & I want the full refund & an apology.
