            If you have received a letter which claims to be from Payment Alliance International (P.A.I.) notifying you that you have won a monetary amount, be advised that the letter and the enclosed check are not from Payment Alliance International. P.A.I. has no connection in any way with any prizes, contest, or awarding of money and is in no way responsible for what has been identified as a scam. The letter's enclosed check is COUNTERFEIT and is part of a scam believed to be operating out of Nigeria. Do not cash or deposit this check. Also, DO NOT WIRE MONEY to anyone no matter what the claims may be for a prize.

            Please do not call P.A.I. in regards to this scam. Instead contact your local FBI Field Office and/or US Postal Inspection Service and report the scam attempt.

            On May 3, 2024 I used my **** ** ******* card at an ATM at a Harvey, IL location to withdraw $120 dollars. The machine limed out on my transaction and did not give me any money. I used my card again and received $120 on the second attempt. When I checked my account I discovered I was double charged. I was charged $122.99 plus 2.50 for the first attempt where I didn't receive anything. I have tried disputing the charge, emailing the company, and calling. BOA said it's on the company to provide proper proof, I get not reply from email, and the phone hangs up on me. I need my money back. This type of service should not happen.

            Payment alliance ATMs are a scam. They force you to print your balance and then charge you for it $1. They force an additional charge for the withdrawal $1. So you not only get charged for the withdrawal charge of 3.50 then you get charged to get balance info with no option to bypass. Total charges were 5.50 to get my own money out of the bank. User beware!
