      So when yall went to the virtual banking you all stopped letting us the customer the people keeping yall in business link our bank accounts like it’s 2024 we use our accounts to link to everything!! Can’t link to Apple Pay can’t link to Experian hell I can’t even link with a provider to show proof of income!! This is absurd and I will be paying off my loans and closing all four of my accounts with you all real soon!!

      This bank is, based on 55 years of life (me) and having bern a financial executive at PaineWebber, the most backward, stupifying, and uncongenial financial company I have ever, both dealt with, and imagined. No specifics, please, just please please please pull your account and never look back. It is stupifying how they are even in busines.... oh yeah... they in the center of hillbilly land - no one with any brains knows any better in the entire area. Complete trash bank.

      I am very disappointed in the N***** ****** Louisville ky branch ! My fiancé came in on 1/24/24 he was trying to make a wire transfer an did not know how. I was on the phone an asking them to please help him a they told him to find the nearest western union !!! Is that the way yall do business??? I’m looking to transfer to another financial facility I The main lady was rude a not of any help ! DO BETTER!!! Your customers pay your check !!!

      I recently had a fraudulent charge on my account. When I disputed it I was told that it could be up to 10 days even though I cancelled my card and contacted the store the purchase was made at, at the fraud centers request. The charge still went through and I am told that there is not anything that can be done u til reviewed. I stated I had cancelled my card before the transaction processed, called the store (which was also no help), and I was told there was no way until the transaction went through for them to do anything but make a note. It took several re routes of calls to even speak with the correct department. The charge was in Maryland and so live in KY and I have never ordered on line from the store. The place the transaction was made verified it was not my name attached to the order made! But they the bank had to call them to rectify and I was told that it would take time. I am not in a position where a 534.65 charge coming out if my account is ok! I assumed when our accounts are insured through FDIC we were protected!
