    TERRIBLE service. DO NOT EVER USE THIS VENUE!!! My fiancé and I were going (emphasis on GOING) to rent and use her Venue for our wedding. She started off okay promising a whole bunch of shiny things until it came to a point to back it up with ACTION. Saulette does not get back with you fast unless you are paying her money. Point. Blank. PERIOD. She cancelled our venue 3 MONTHS before our wedding due to a “safety concern and breach of contract” with the building she leases from. She emailed me to tell me this information and I had to request to call to speak with her on this matter. When we got on the phone she was very hostile when I let her know I was going to put my mother on 3 way because my mother and father had loaned us $4000 to put down for the venue so technically it’s their money. So why would I not get my parents involved? Exactly. When we were on the phone she stated that she will not give me my money back until 30 days after and kept referring to the contract. When I pulled up the contract it stated she can only hold HALF of the deposit of the venue which was only $1750 because the total for the venue overall was $2500. She was providing decor and set up on wedding day which totaled out to a little over $4550. We only had $550 to pay off the full balance of the wedding day. She is currently REFUSING to give us any of our money back which she has a right (per the contract) to hold $1750 but still has to pay $2200 dollars out right to us NOW. She is not answering the phone, she is not getting back, her phone goes straight to voicemail, her text messages show green (iPhone) so essentially she stole our money. When we were on the phone we stressed the importance of getting our money back because we have to put down on a new venue 3 months before the wedding and she stated “she has to pay her bills too so she can’t reimburse us”. When we found our new venue they stated they had another bride with the same issue from her a month before. Terrible service ZERO??

    We are sorry you feel this way. However, we have worked with you and your fiancé even to the point you all didn’t respond on the décor invoice until 3 months later after initial discussion. I’ve reached out to you and other clients regarding the unfortune matter at hand which is beyond Impressions Venue's control as stated and outlined in the contract. In the email communication, I explained the issue and you responded back “ok thank you.” A couple of days later, you requested to speak with me, and I set up a phone call (no money was involved) quickly. Per Metro Government code enforcement inspection advised there were safety concerns. It’s my duty to keep Impressions Venue clients and their guests safe while inside the facility. I would be guilty of allowing you to have your wedding day in an unsafe environment. With that, I had to alert my clients (over 100 people) of the problem which I sent out communication. However, the conversation as you state isn't an honest presentation of the facts. Returning messages and phone calls are a top priority which I’ve always given you a 6pm timeframe due to having a 1st job. I’ve been nothing but courteous and worked with you and your fiancé to bring down the pricing, working with your budget. You and your parents were hollering at me on the phone because you all wanted your money NOW telling me what I should do “If I was you, you know you have weddings coming up, I would get the work done and bill your landlord” your mom spoke. I explained my attorney advised me not to do that. I explained there’s other clients ahead of you all and the contract allows time to pay out refunds. I never stated I would not give you your refund. I then texted you and advised you I can’t do business that way (with you and your parents hollering). You stated, “it’s 3 people on the phone over talking each other not hollering.” I don’t agree with that statement. I believe it’s the same context, but I digress. Everyone is entitled to their opinion. Nevertheless, I don’t steal and never will. You will receive your refund as stated in previous conversations.
