I purchased 6 Spicy Chicken Sandwiches, and 2 Buford Bacon Sour Dough Melt Sandwiches (Just the sandwiches). While in the line waiting, I could clearly see a woman standing at the register, rubbing her nose. Whenever I pulled up to the window, they were trying to overcharge me 30 something dollars, and I asked the reason, and they said because I had asked for extra cheese, and I didn't. So, the woman closed the window and began helping the pickup line, while a different woman proceeded to take someone's order over the intercom. Mind you I have been sitting in the drive through line for about 30 minutes with only 4 cars in front of me. As I sit patiently waiting, I see an employee let a customer go into the side door, and I visibly seen one of the employees literally grab a fry out of the basket, hold it up in the air and eat it. Shortly afterwards I seen the customer who was allowed into the side door come out with food. Finally, a different woman comes to the window and fixes my order, rings me up, hands me my food, without ever giving me a receipt. I do not want a refund. However, I've seen many health code violations, and obviously illegal activities with allowing someone to get free food. Please investigate and prompt the owners to roll back the cameras inside and outside of the restaurant on 2-29-2024 between the times of 8:00 P.M.- 8:32 P.M. EST.
