Okolona replaced a portion of my fence. When installing the fence closest to my AC unit fuse box, they cut out around the box, however the box cannot be opened now. I have called Okolona several times to come repair it. The last call someone finally came out but said that the entire fence plank would have to either be moved. It was raining that day so the service tech said that they would have to have the underground lines marked before it could be repaired. No one has came out to mark the ground and I have not heard from Okolona Fence since that day almost two months ago. Dates of contact 11/14/23, was told someone would come out to repair, March 29 2024 again was told that someone would be out to repair and 4/16/24...that is when I was told that they would get someone out to mark the underground lines and then repair the fence. It is ridiculous that I have to continually call them and not have my fence fixed. If my AC unit needs fuses replaced, the HVAC teck will not be able to get into the box,Business response

This fence was installed on June 9, 2023. The homeowner was advised by appointment the date of installation, but choose not to be onsite at the time. The Porposal/Contract contained a drawing relative to the location of the fence which was to be the same location as the old fence which was removed.
Okolona Fence will relocate the section of fence hindering access to the electrical box at no charge. The homeowner has been notified via email that ****** *********** *****) has been scheduled to mark utilities. Our crew will be onsite Thursday morining, June 13th, to relocate the section of fence. The homeowner needs to be onsite to allevaite any questions arising from the relocation. If the homeowner is unable to be onsite on the 13th, Okolona Fence will need to be notified so this relocation can be resheduled. Severe weather could alter completion of this project.
