I live across the railroad tracks from this business and by product from their business is falling on my property. The make brown food coloring which results in fine brown dust deposits all over my car, home, and yard. These deposits are made worse when it rains making the dust stain my gutters, siding, sidewalks, fence and requires me to wash my car. We have been in contact with the company for resolution and there response was sending an employee over with a power washer and offer to give residents money for a car wash. They also made the excuse that since the powder is food grade it shouldn't matter. Beyond that, we have dismissed or ignored and even though the problem still remains.Business response

We have been in direct communication with ****** and ***** on ******** ****
A separation valve failed within our spray dryer and caused saturation of the Particulate Matter scrubber.
The spray dryer was immediately shut down to inspect, repair and fully clean.
We were able to identify the root cause and make improvements to the system.
I've attached the letter from our company president which provides additional detail on the incident.
We hand delivered the letters on 10/23/23 to all neighbors affected in ******* neighborhood.
