On 8/1/2021 I purchased a few pairs of jeans online via Shevisshop.com. The jeans arrived and the measurements were not as I ordered - the jeans were far too short. The total order was $52.83. On 8/27/21 I emailed the address listed on the website and asked for their return mailing address because there were no return instructions provided anywhere. On 8/30/21 I received an email reply with the mailing address and they told me to pay for the return shipping. I did so, and was told the refund would be processed. On 8/31 I emailed back saying the shipment was on the way. On 9/6 I emailed saying the package had made it to their facility and asked when the refund would be processed. No answer was received, so I inquired again on 9/19, 9/28 and 10/8. No refund has been processed since. I have the receipt from the post office affirming the package was received in KY. Tracking number from USPS is **** **** **** **** **** ** Amount requested for refund is now $15.50 for the mailing of the package and my time as well as the original purchase of $52.83. I had purchased these items on a credit card and have checked for a refund there on multiple occasions, but it was not received as of yet either.
