An existing shower stall was to be removed and a larger shower installed. The project started on 3/6/23. I was to pay $1620 upon agreement, $1620 when the materials were ordered. The final when complete A water leak was discovered and I paid $1160 for that. By 3/30 the only thing accomplished was the tear out. ***** and/or his workers had spent an average of 1 1/2 hours 3 or 4 days a week. At this point we agreed on the size the shower was to be and made adjusted the original plan. The existing toilet was going to be moved. I payed an additional $2229 Somehow the existing toilet disappeared, never to be seen again. On 4/17 the trench for the toilet was begun. May2 it was complete and the pipe and fitting was put in place.5/4 concrete was poured. 5/10 the shower floor was framed in and dry wall replaced. 5/17 exhaust fan installation was started but had to be done 3 times because the turns in the duct were incorrect. The hole for the new light fixture was cut in the drywall and electrical run. 5/23 the fan was finally put in the ceiling. 5/29 the shower floor was concreted in. 5/31 the tile in the shower was laid, not grouted. Because of how slow the project had gone I fired ***** and asked for the materials I had paid for be delivered to me Nothing was returned to me. We spoke around 7/19 when ***** said he wanted to finish the project. I agreed, with the understand that they would work longer hours in order to get finished. The next time anyone showed up was 7/19 and 1/2 of the wall tiles were put up. We agreed the frame for the shower floor was crooked an had to be corrected. The floor tiles were partially laid. I didn’t see ***** until late September when I begged him to please install a new toilet. I paid for one $400 and he came and seated it. I requested several times for him to either bring what I had paid for or reimburse me. That hasn’t been done. I have encountered 5 other people he has scammed in similar ways. It costed $6030 to finish
