Total project took over 2 months to complete. The entire backsplash had to be reinstalled due to poor quality cuts with asymmetrical and unsightly gaping around the window and poorly centered and sized cuts around the outlets which made the outlets unuseable. The recut backsplash is better but still not right and I have not been able to reach the company for a response/ correction. I purchased one of their more expensive quartzite materials for the counter and backsplash. So disappointed in the customer service, workmanship, and overall unprofessionalism from Granite Empire of Louisville.Review from Char G

Everything I was promised didn't come to fruition. The 5 to 7 working day install is a gimmick it took 9 working days 11 counting the weekend. I received no compensation. so what good is a guarantee. They wanted someone present on a Thursday at one oclock so I hired my current contractor to be there, they arrived at 8 a.m. I got stuck waiting for them when I needed to go to work. They left without installing a backsplash and didn't hear from them for 3 days so I called and they did it the next day. They left glue all over the countertop and even glued down one of my cabinet shelves to the countertop. I called Granite Empire and merely got silence All this fell upon deaf ears which is truly disappointing because the quality otherwise was outstanding. Its a shame to see customer service fall so far.
