I bought two bundles of hair, took them home to find out its not what I need read the receipt for refund details it states that I can get a full refund packed hair back up and took to the store, manager states he can not give full refund because it has been opened. No where in the store or on the receipt does it say no full refund on opened packages. He refused to call owner and told me to come back when he's there but he does not know when he will be in. I just want them to honor what is on the receipt by law or post exact policy somewhere in the store.Business response

After reviewing the concern from 05/06/2022 I can understand why there was a confusion with our policy. We do allow returns on hair, even opened as long as it is in the same condition. (Uncut undyed unbleached intact)
We were unable to refund the cost of the products (hair) due to it not being in same condition and unable to resale. She can Bring back the bundles with receipt as long the hair is undamaged will be able to give her full refund back to her hand…..
