    I went in last week and saw a stylist by the name of ******* at Hey Beautiful Hair Studios. I was there for highlights, a cut, and a color touch up of my roots. We talked for a few minutes about what I wanted. and she said as I was a new client my root color might not be an "exact" match, but it would be close to the color I had (red) After the services were performed I told her my roots looked brown, and I was noticing a lot of grey that was not covered. She said it was just the "lighting" and it was fine. When I got home I discovered my roots were BROWN as I previously stated, and a LOT of my grey hair had not been covered. I contacted ******* and got no answer, so I contacted ******* (the owner) and she did not respond back. I then got a text from ******* stating she was not going to give me a partial refund or a color correction. In fact, she did NOTHING to make it right stating she felt she had done nothing wrong and was an independent contractor (which I was NOT told before making the appointment) and that it was up to her. I then contacted ******* back and NEVER got a single, solitary response. I have NEVER had such a bad dye job, or such poor customer service in my life. I will NEVER go back there. I had to go to another salon, and they are charging me $90 to correct the mistake they made. That may not seem like a lot, but ** *** *** ****** and I have to budget every month to go this done. It is the only thing I do for myself as ** *** *** ****** and practically every dime I make goes for his care. I feel like they should refund the $90 (of the $165 - $190 if you include the tip I paid her) for the money I have to pay out to get this corrected, not to mention the extra time and frustration involved.
