I called Bryant Heating&Cooling as soon as we noticed our A/C wasn't working. Gary showed up to our house in less than 2 hours and had the unit back up and working within 15-20 minutes. He was professional and knowledgeable. With how hot and humid it is in our area I'm incredibly happy and impressed with how quickly they were able to get to us, thank you!

Gary was fantastic. He arrived with in an hour of me calling. Although I has to replace my entire unit. He explained the process and made the entire ordeal easy. He helped us get through the weekend until the unit could be replaced.Bryant Heating & Cooling, Inc. Response

Bryant ran a full diagnostic when I explained I couldn't get it to replicate the problem I called them out for (thankfully I took a video to show the noise and where it was loudest) and found the now silent problem. Walked me though the process and what problem areas to look out for later, something the original install company has yet to do despite coming out a few times. In and out in 30 minutes. Friendly, knowledgeable, kind to old barky dogs. I'll be calling Bryant again in the future.Review from Steve W

Our A/C went out on Monday morning. Tech showed up in afternoon and replaced capacitor (3rd time) and contactor (2nd) to discover compressor was bad. No repair possible until Friday (outside temps in 90s/inside temps in 80s). A “warranty” repair, I verified on Thursday we were first job on Friday (9AM). Friday at 10AM I called and was informed the tech would be on their way at 10:30 and would notify us when they were on their way. At 11:30 I called again to learn the technician and our compressor were at ANOTHER job and they will notify us when the technician is on their way FIVE DAYS without air conditioning and our WARRANTY job is still not started as we finish lunch in a house that is 85 degrees already. Our Carrier Unit and temperature control have given ERROR signals, shutting down the unit at least four times each summer since installed by Bryant. NOT impressed with Carrier NOR the “warranty” by Bryant as I sweat awaiting some reliefReview from Benjamin L
