    On April 4, 2023 NCM came out to assess a possible leak in my crawlspace. There was already an evident smell which is why I called. I needed to know the source of the leak and get it repaired and cleaned. The tech that was sent out was too big to fit in the door of my crawlspace, so he did not even go under there that day. I had to wait until the following Tuesday for him to return with another person. I did let the tech know my p-trap needed to be replaced (based on another plumber's findings) and likely the waste & overflow in the tub as well, and we discussed the option of repair vs. replace and possible higher cost with replacing, but he was very sure to let me know he would inform me of what needed to be done prior to any work being done. When he returned that Tuesday with the other tech, they actually were both in my crawlspace quite some time. He came up and showed me the ptrap looked like needed to be "patched up". did not know this literally involved him going to my shower drain and applying silicone caulking to it and messily apply the same caulk around the p-trap pipe (other plumbing company showed me the photos). I was charged $377 which included an $18 merchant fee, labor, and an $89 trip charge. I spoke to the manager by phone the next day - he was extremely defensive when I asked him to justify the charges for simply adding caulk and the fact that I was not presented with my price options before the "work" was done. I let both the tech and the manager know that had I known they were just going to apply caulk for a prayerful fix, I would have opted for the pipes to be replaced altogether. The manager began cutting me off raising his voice - i hung up. The next week (today, 4/18/2023) I have had 2 plumbers come out to assess the pipes and they both have said they need to be replaced as they are STILL actively leaking. Of course, NCM knew they neither patched nor repaired anything. I have tried again to reach them, and now they are rejecting my calls.

    I contacted New Circle for an install of a disposal on my sink in the kitchen. I never even thought that I would need electrical for it, but luckily, Mike had it figured out already! After a phone call, Rob showed up, ran a circuit for my disposal, Mike then did the install of their provided disposal (the one I bought on Amazon was for commercial use, saved me 159 dollars) And everything is just perfect. These guys can fix anything in your home, Rob even tightened up my front door! Call these guys for anything in your home you need repaired, they fix everything!
