Love our experiences with this family operated business. The owner himself came out to our home after work was done, and we feel a trust with the employees. The prices were fair and the work quality is exactly what we wanted. We’ll certainly use them again.

IMS did a deck refurbish as well as a new outdoor stairway from the deck. Everything looks custom built, but of course, it is! Very pleased with the results from his team.

The service and response! With all the recent rain, we oddly had some damage to our deck stairs. Not knowing who to call to repair our deck, I looked on Nextdoor for recommendations, and glad I found Integrity Maintenance Services. Christian, te owner was so responsive and accommodating; he made a way to squeeze us into his busy schedule. He was on time, communicated all throughout, fixed and educated us, as well as cleaned up all debris. Christian is the epitome of responsiveness, professionalism and has excellent communication, and execution! We were extremely impressed! Integrity Maintenance Service is easy to do business with, they indeed earn your business, trust and integrity.

I chose Integrity Maintenance Services based on their Better Business Bureau rating and their name. I thought choosing a company with the name integrity was a good place to start. I’m happy to report that I was not disappointed. Christian and his team were professional, skillful and efficient. He did what he said he would do, when he said he would do it and in a timely manner. They completed my projects in record time. His pricing was fair and he made sure I was happy with the end product. They definitely earned their A+ rating! You won’t be disappointed with Integrity Maintenance Services. Highly recommend!

Christian recently demolished and rebuilt our deck/patio combo. He was always communicative about his arrival times. He was flexible with our design ideas, and thoughtful when making suggestions keeping our kiddos in mind. The deck has already greatly added to the enjoyment of our home. Would recommend!

Christian did a fantastic job on my French door installation. Did it in one day. Fast, efficient, and courteous! Good job!!

We have had three projects completed by this company. One was a small drywall job around my refrigerator--a ghastly eyesore of a crooked opening (like something out of Beetlejuice) turned into a nice normal enclosure. Sometimes the littlest projects make your home feel more comfortable. Our master bedroom had french doors between it and a guest bedroom--awkward! I had to use a thick curtain when family came from out of town and still that's not really private. I had IMS come in and remove the french doors and put drywall up. They did a great job, even went so far as to get the proper trim to match the rest of the room. The 3rd job that they did for us was a MAJOR bathroom remodel. They took a tiny uncomfortable bathroom from the mid-1950's and an unessential small hall closet and combined them into a larger, comfortable, Pretty bathroom--The majority of the labor was removing a TON of the old thick tile that was cemented on the walls. They removed an old cast iron child-sized tub and tiled in the shower to the ceiling. It's beautiful. And I do not have to worry about my dad climbing over the side of the tub to take a shower anymore. They knew about codes. They knew plumbing and electrical, and they made things level and sound. If they did not know about something, they told you and did not lie and say something just to sound smart. Christian and his teams do a great job! They are respectful, knowledgeable, and do what it takes to make sure that you are satisfied with the work. I do recommend them!
