Our home was damaged on 03/06/23 by the storms that came through Louisville. We had a tree come down on our house. We immediately filed a claim with our FB office, that we have been members with for 19 years. The adjuster, **** ********** *sp?) did not accurately record damages to the house. This has led to having to get her supervisor involved and also our local agent, ***** ***** All parties involved from FB have drug out the claim process. We still do not have all of our money to be able to repair our house to the condition that it was in prior to 03/06/23. The last thing we were waiting on was for them to approve a settlement for the front door. We have gone above and beyond in providing pictures, estimates, and even contact with the reputable vendors to get our home repaired. Upon calling FB 08/07/23 we were informed that the claim was closed. This is the first hearing of this, as there has been ZERO communication from FB.Business response
