    I purchased a couch from ***’s in August but as soon as I clicked the purchase button I realized I entered the wrong address. I immediately contacted ***s who informed me they could not change the address at that time but that once it was received by the delivery company they would be able to update the address. I have been communicating with Fragilepak for months now. I have been told repeatedly that the issue would be resolved within 24-48 hours. (I have all communication documented via an email chain.) They told me for months that I need to contact the company. The company would tell me I needed to contact the delivery company. I later found out that I needed to contact the third party company that ***s uses as a drop ship company. They have approved the address change. Now Fragilepak is stating that they need approval from somewhere else. Please note that for months they stated that they were requesting approval but never picked up the phone to request it. I can not get anyone on the phone at Fragilepak. Fragilepak refuses to make a real effort to get this resolved.

    Can someone please help me. I have emailed, text, called and nothing. They text me my tub would be delivered on 6/18 and they never showed. I called and nothing. Stated they would call back. Nothing I called the merchant; they stated you guys would not call them back. I emailed. I called. Nothing After calling the merchant 10 times they finally stated Fragile Pak stated they could never reach me and that was a lie. I’ve spoken to them several times. Then I was told the driver didn’t have any help to get my tub off could I reschedule and that never happened. Today I was told by a very rude rep that the lift on the truck was broke and that they were waiting on them to fix it, that I could pick it up, but would not give me a place to go to pick up. Stated that the Merchant Homary had to approve it. Please help me get my tub.
