I join the first time home ownership and i move in my new home in November after that i notice my washing machine was leaking so i called ideal appliance i spoke to a man called Scotty he came to my home with his handyman his name was jimmy. Jimmy fix the hose on my machine. I mention that I needed a bigger refrigerator then he showed me picture of a two door side by side with water and ice maker in front he toId me that in cost $500 dollars bought it on December 5th 2023 I sold him a brand new stackable washing machine and dryer never been used for $200 dollars It was to small for me to use so all i had to give him was $300 +$100 delivery fee i have receipt. After a few days the refrigerator went out it would not freeze I call scotty he said he had to call call jimmy he had nothing to do with it jimmy would fix it. jimmy came back and forth for a mouth and a half i had to keep a fan in back of the refrigerator to keep it cool jimmy said the compressor was getting to hot but he said that he had another one coming for the hold mouth of January and it never came. Finally i call scotty He offered another refrigerator. When it came the piece that goes on the bottom of it was missing i told him i did not want something that was broken. I would like to find out who owe's this business i had to fix the refrigerator myself I would to take him to court but i need a name to serve to papers
