      On Aug 28, 2021 we bought a California King Bed with adjustable base from **** ***** (owner) of the Sleep Station (****** Mattress, LLC) in St. ********. Our Discover card was charged $5,300 on 8-28-21. We asked how long before we would receive it, he stated about 30 days. We had a conversation about supply chain issues and he stated the mattresses were all made in America along with all of their components. Oct 1st, I texted him to see if he had any updates on our mattress. No response. Oct 14th, I emailed him asking for an update. No response. Oct 16th, I emailed him asking for an update. No response. Oct 22nd, I texted him again to see if he had any updates. No response. Oct 27th, my ******* called **** and asked for an update. He texted back the same day and said it should be any day, that his delivery team would reach out to us to schedule the delivery. Dec 13th, my ******* texted **** asking for an update. No response. Dec 15th, I emailed him and asked him to CALL us since we had no update since Oct 27th No response. Dec 18th, I called **** and asked him to please call us as we needed to get an update, if not, we were going to cancel the order. No response. Dec 18th afternoon - after reading recent reviews from customers who had purchased merchandise from him and never received, I texted **** and requested a refund and asked him to CONFIRM the receipt of my text. NO RESPONSE. Dec 18th - I initiated a dispute via Discover Credit Card. So disappointed! He also said he would deliver, install and remove current mattress and donate to local homeless shelter. Now his website said he only delivers to your door. "If you can sweet talk the driver into bringing it inside, that's between you and the driver and I take no responsibility for anything that happens". Definitely not what he told us! He recently added the following verbiage to his website: As of December 1, 2021: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS, RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. NO EXCEPTIONS.

      **** verbally took our credit card information on 9/19/2021 for an adjustable base but we didn't receive a receipt until 9/24/2021. This made me very uncomfortable; someone having our credit card information for so long. He stated that we should receive the item within 2 weeks. I had to text several times and he kept putting me off. When we did receive a receipt it came from a different company; ******** ****** ***. Due to these issues I tried to cancel the order on 9/24/2021. He informed me that he would charge a 25% restocking fee. This was strange because it is now 10/18/2021 and we still haven't received the base. There should have been plenty of time to cancel the order and give us a refund. I only receive updates when I text and the delivery time keeps getting pushed. I've tried to call several times but he refuses to answer. He will only communicate via text and I have to send several before he will respond.

      On 03/09/21 I made an online purchase of a mattress, mattress pad, & 2 pillows from ****** ********. Total: $1594.78. I believe there was a hold up on the mattress due to shortages/issues from the pandemic. **** and I exchanged a few text messages regarding the status of my order, and I remained patient, as it was out of anyone's control. **** finally texted me on 7/30 indicating that our order was here and that he would be sending our information to his delivery guys, so they could schedule the delivery. We never heard from anyone to set-up delivery. I sent follow-up texts on 8/30, 9/13. 9/27, 10/04, 10/11, asking for a status/ETA on delivery. I didn't receive a response to any of these. I also sent an email on 10/11 requesting a refund (since order hasn't been received). As of today, I still have not received any responses to texts or email (last contact from **** was on 7/30). I prefer delivery of my items over a refund, but need a refund if order is not fulfilled
