      Was fitted and giver back brace while visiting doctor for lower back pain. When asked re price of device, was told by rep that my Insurance would pay. After trying device for couple of weeks, it did not aid with the back issue. I asked for a location and was told once fitted and tried, there was no return and billed for $104 and change.

      Poor Customer Service! I have been waiting 2 months for my walker and bath chair. They never have returned a call from me, and never answer the phone! I have called my insurance twice and they tell me that the orders were never submitted! These are very much needed items! I keep falling!!!

      Gould's Discount Medical (AdaptHealth) invoiced me twice for a cloth shoulder splint. The first invoice was for $14 and some change which I paid. The second invoice was for an additional $57.46. I cannot believe that this item could cost $72 I have requested an itemized invoice twice so I can review this cost. Have not received. They keep calling me and saying if I don't pay, they will add a service charge to my existing bill. The splint was provided by OrthoCincy at the time of my son's appointment. There was no discussion about the cost of this item. If there would have been, I would have sought to purchase elsewhere. If you have a choice on whether to use this company or not, I recommend that you look elsewhere for your needed equipment or item. - G B****

      Multiple mistakes on getting a standard wheelchair for my 92 year old mother. Said they didn’t have the doctors order but they DID. Another employee had already checked on it. Initial delivery man canceled our order. Next day they finally sent correct one but it had to be adjusted. Delivery young guy Chad? Said it had to be taken back to the shop to be “hemi’d”. He said he doesn’t do that. Next guy Byron delivered Monday and it wasn’t the correct chair and it had to be adjusted also. He said Chad had the tools on his truck but didn’t want to take time to do the work.Byron attempted to adjust but didn’t have proper tools. Had to borrow from our neighbor. Chair did not fit my mother at all. Had to return it also. Worst service ever. There’s not enough room to tell you all the bull****runaround we got! Will not recommend and will never use them again. Reported them to Medicare too. They also asked for my mothers credit card number even though it was approved by Medicare.

      Their website does not work. I tried different computers and different phones. No success! Today I received a call about an aut0mated order and asked them to send me their website address. Still no response.

      We bought $6565.10 worth of equipment for our handicapped granddaughter - a stair lift and a pool - lift from Goulds Discount Medical 2 years ago. Now that we need the Pool Lift serviced since it is not working (after being used just a few times in one summer season), they have closed their Service Dept and have no recommendations of anyone who can service all this equipment!!! And yes, I have spent 2 days googling & making phone call after phone call (even to the manufacturer) and still have not found someone to service our pool lift!! What a waste of $2600 - not to mention how sad it is for our disabled 14 yr old daughter & her parents whose backs are already ruined by lifting constantly! I cannot even give one star!!!

      The back brace was not the right size & would have fit my son who is 6Ft tall!! I couldn’t sit down with it on because it literally choked me because it was so big. My neighbor was here & couldn’t believe the error they made & she called Gould’s & told them it had to be returned - we got the address, UPS picked it up from my house. I keep getting bills from Gould’s saying I owe them money & I’ve explained to them whoever received the package did not then cancel my account! The last supervisor I talked to seemed to understand my problem & I thought it was resolved & then yesterday I got another bill with another late fee. I’m tired of calling them & I guess now I’ll have to get an attorney! This has been going on since March & I’m just glad my neighbor was here so I have a witness!!

      Negative stars would be too good for this place. We waited 4 hours to be discharged bc we were waiting on a nebulizer. I told the nurse I could get it quicker from Amazon. This was a Thursday….was told Goulds would deliver that evening. It’s now the following Wednesday and after calling almost every day and being told it was getting delivered every single time!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME GETTING ANYTHING FROM THEM….GO ELSEWHERE!!!

      We went to the hospital to get my wife a boot but we ended up not needing one. She tried one on, but didnt like the fit. We decided against the boot and specifically asked HMH if we were getting charged since we DECLINED the boot! They ensured us that we would NOT get charged for it. Fastforward we get a bill from this shit company for the BOOT. My wife calls and tells them. They cant do anything and tell us to call the hospital. We do, it moves up the chain and they tell Goulds and tell us theyre supposed to refund our money. Its been 4 weeks of this back and forth s***. They auto stole our $230 from our account without our consent... **** them.

      Please avoid this business if at all possible. I received an arm sling ($9 online) after hand surgery in December to immobilize my arm until block wore off. They had the nerve to bill my insurance $168 for the sling and when insurance denied they billed me $93. Most unethical company I have ever seen. I was not made aware by the surgical facility where I had the surgery done in that they outsource their DME to Gould's so if you plan to have any surgery that will require any DME (durable medical equipment) make sure they do not outsource to Gould's. I
