We purchased a building bit from AFS which is a third party seller of Metal Sales. The TMS *** ******* did a site visit on 3/1/22 and determined it was a manufacturing error and the metal sheeting panels needed to be replaced. We have tried getting this resolved and management was helping and now no one will communicate. This is material for a customers home and we were told it’s being rushed to us and would be resolved but now no response. Below is response to email from ****** dated 3/14/22. Will attach email as well as text messages. On 2/24/22 we sent ***** all screen shots and ***** began his investigation and got ***** *** and *** ******* involved. ****** met *** ******* on site 3/1/22 which was after the date stated in your final report saying a TSM was suggested and that no one was available. As you can see in the text messages between ****** and *** a TSM WAS met on site after WE requested further investigation. We have been talking with ***** ****** on this issue. Spoke to ***** last week on the 10th of March which from the dates on your emails is why ***** had a phone call with the VP of Operations and the PM of the manufacturing plant. The reports you just sent sure does differ from the report *** ******* did on site on 3/1/22 and the messages from ***** ******. This is definitely NOT the report that was done by *** ******* and *** directly told ****** while on site that it WAS A MANUFACTURING ERROR based off of ***** measurements on the material. *** even measured the stack that was still banded up. ****** told *** he could cut a section for his to take back with him and *** told ****** it was clearly a manufacturing issue and was NOT NEEDED.
