I had a five star, well deserved, review up from my last move five years ago. Those guys were awesome from the moment they called to tell me when they would be there until the moment the move was complete. Since then, I have been singing the praise of this company to anyone and everyone. The move I experienced last week was a nightmare. I am literally sick and still crying from the stress and pain this move caused me. I wish I remembered the names of the guys last time who were so great, but last week Gayle and Kevin moved me to the new location and I had to fight tooth and nail to get Kevin to do anything but take a vial dump in my apartment (that smelled the apartment up with the door closed even before he came out of the bathroom), he kept talking neighbors, he did not take direction about things to move - wanted to leave standing lamps and packed boxes - THEN questioned me over and over about how I knew my neighbors. The worst was when I saw him LICK HIS HAND and grab the handle to one of the carts I had them bring. Are you kidding me with this guy?!?! Kevin was also YELLING at Gayle at times. I was accumulating a lot of pain from stress this was causing me (I shouldn’t be supervising a grown man at $180 an hour) as I have autoimmune diseases that flare with extreme situations. It took them 4 hours to load a 1 bedroom apartment on the first floor with a short walk to the truck WITHOUT an ounce of kitchen furniture. I don’t have much furniture at all, mostly boxes. We got to the new place, which they are familiar with, the leasing agent told me he met with them to be sure they knew how to get to me and they should be right up. I got my senior dogs situated, made three trips to my car and back, and made two phone calls before they showed up at all. I had left my former place long after they did.
