              I went to one store in my area and they said they couldn’t put the part on, so I tried the next store closest to me. They tell me that the battery is $230. I look online and the online price for the battery I need is $120. I could have gotten that one but they were so busy trying to hustle me. The other guy that seemed to work there said he would put the part on for $70. Then the guy that sold me the battery sold me the most expensive one. Then gave me a discount. Which I think was against the rules bc the other guy said he did it to himself. The service was poor and I wasn’t even offered a list of prices. I cannot afford this amount of battery. Then told me when I bring the battery back that I would receive $22. Another guy made it seem like it I was paying $22 to have the battery taken off. Then another guy is charging for a side job while working on the clock. This store hustles me everytime I go there. Can’t trust if I’m getting taken advantage of

              My son purchased a signal bulb replacement for my car, it happen to be the wrong one. I took it back along with the old bulb to show the store which one I needed. I did not have my receipt, I expected to make an exchange or pay the difference if needed. I spoke with the manager (Raid Ouchene) he told me "he was not going to help me because I did not have a receipt. I asked him how much was the replacement bulb I had, he informed me it was $8.99, which was the same as the replacement bulb I needed. I asked him again if I could just do an even exchange and he insisted that he would not do that because I did not have a receipt and that was the policy of Auto Zone not to help a customer in that way. I left the store and called another store and was informed that he could have given me a store credit or exchange if I did not have a receipt. I went back in the store and talk to Raid Ouchene and insisted that he would not help in anyway. According to Yelp this store has terrible reviews due to management. I will tell anyone who listens Not to shop at AutoZone on Preston because of poor management and customer service.
