this place is an absolute nightmare. Had the car for 7 months and have only been able to use it for 4. It’s been in the shop and had needed multiple repairs. THEY EVEN DUCT TAPED A BRAKE LIGHT AND GAVE IT TO US IN THAT CONDITION. What a disappointment. Don’t bother trying to talk to manager as they get very aggravated and passable aggressive and are no help. KEVIN, JEN, RYAN. Please refrain from choosing a car from this nightmare.

All of the reviews mirror my experience with this dealership. I bought a 2022 Rav 4 from the Clarksville location and it was like dealing with scam artists. I should have walked out but didn’t and it took 4 months to receive the title and many trips and phone calls there and in Texas to get plates and a title. I am a senior citizen and they fooled me. I’ve never seen anything like the incompetence at this place. I have the car but won’t be back there. I wouldn’t even give a one star unless if I had a choice.

SCAMMERS- MILITARY BEWARE My 23 year old son that is in the KY ARNG was in the market to buy a car and went to Jeff Wyler in May 2023. He found a car that he liked 2023 Honda Civic. After 6 hours of being there and them taking their sweet time we were finally on our way. During the 6 hours of us being there, the salesman made small talk and asked questions, and interacted with us. During this time my son told him that he is in the ARNG and that he works in UPS and we live in Hardin county. The salesman then said oh man the traffic must be crazy going back and forth to Louisville from Hardin county. My son replied and stated that sometimes when traffic gets crazy he stays at his brothers house in Indiana. So as we got closer to making the deal, my son put almost $7000 in down payment and i brought up the fact that he is in the National Guard and that he is exempt for the VUT tax exemption. He lives in Hardin county, he has a KY driver license and he is in the KY ARNG, at that time, the salesman stated that he spoke to the GM and he told him we couldnt do that because my son stated he sometimes stays in Indiana, and that would be fraud. So we went back and forth and stated that we are not able to that. So i believed him, but in my heart I knew that he was lying to us. After they told us we don't have to worry about the tags and everything will be taken care of and that the tags will be sent to his brothers address in Indiana which didn't make sense, my son needed a car bad due to his old car breaking down. Almost 4 months later we still didn't have our tags then they send him a letter that he had to pay an additional Indiana tax after they fraudulently charged him for taxes, tags, at Indiana 7% rate now he had to pay additional $300 to Indiana before getting his tags. I called numerous times to speak with them, been to the dealership and have text and no one will return my call as they know they scammed him and will not return anything to us. Theyscammedus

Don't go there. I bought a truck in May and still have not received a title for it. They gave me numerous temporary tags and eventually a metal dealer tag. They informed me that they don't have a title for it because the previous owner hasn't paid taxes on the truck. Dealership has not made any efforts to resolve the situation or even keep me updated on anything.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS. I found a truck on auto trader from them for 21k, worked with them through email. When the final proposal finally came through, it had an added charge of 2500 for wheel locks, a storage crate and floor mats. Really? 2500$? Then they raised the the price another 2k. But if I looked at Autotrader, it said 23k, their website said 22k. I finally got a response from them about the truck, telling me they sold it this morning. So between when they closed at 6 on Saturday and opened at 9 on Monday, they sold it? How is that possible? If this is how they do business, I’m glad I didn’t buy from them.

I was interested in buying a 2020 Jeep Renegade from Jeff Wyler Louisville Kentucky. The internet price was $23,989. It had around 50,000 miles and carfax report stated it had an accident to the front that was minor. I had texted back and forth to a internet sales person “Linette”and they sent me a written quote that added accessories for the amount of $4939 that included delivery to TN of $900. I asked for a price to not include the accessories, just add tax, title and delivery and didn’t hear anything for a couple of days so I called to speak to a manager. Meanwhile the price of the car had jumped to over $26,642 and it was listed as a new listing on the online car sales sites. So I talked to a manager and asked to buy the car for the written price I was quoted but without the accessories. NanoCure, protection pack etc. At first he said they had already put them on the car so there is no way to remove the price. I asked to clarify that a few times as I was surprised that they would already do that without a buyer as I thought those were things added in the finance room not on the front end. I asked about the new increase in price and he couldn’t find the car in the system and had to call me back. He then told me the new price was because the car went to another dealer and that was the price and also that I can take off the added accessories. So obviously they were not already put on like he said originally. I was ready to buy the car for the initial price minus the bs accessories. So I would steer away from this shady dealer. This is the kind of dealer that the FTC is proposing new rules about junk fees and bait and switch tactics. It’s been on the market for a few months so I’m not sure why they are hanging on to it.

BUYERS BEWARE!!!! On 9/10/21, I went to Jeff Wyler Hondamall to test drive a 2022 Civic LX that they just had in, which they repeatedly tell me that would be sold if not that day, then by the weekend. I worked with the sales rep, Ivan Luna. He was friendly enough until we started talking about a potential purchase. Firstly, he started asking me questions so he could fill out a financing application even though I told him I had my own financing. Stupidly, I gave him the information without thinking too much because at that point, I was expecting to purchase the car. I told him I did not want the "dealer options" which was another $2000+, on top of the MSRP which was $22715. I had no problem with the MSRP. I did my own research and went to the Honda website to look at the MSRP for the 2022 Civic, which is listed as $22715 which INCLUDED the destination charge of $1015. It CLEARLY states that on the official Honda website. Luna went to his manager to ask about my request to exclude the "dealer options". He came back with good news (supposedly) and handed me a piece of paper showing the car's MSRP, fees, taxes AND there was a separate line for DESTINATION CHARGE which was $1015. I asked him point blank, isn't the destination charge already included in the MSRP? He lied to my face and said no. So in essence, they agreed to remove the "dealer options" which reduced the price by $2000+ but then they decided they would add in a phantom destination charge that was ALREADY in the MSRP to try and get another $1000+ from me. At that point, I had the foresight to take the finance application with my personal information WHICH I did not sign, and left. I went to Honda World and purchased my car; they did not try and add any other charges to their price and removed the dealer options. I will never do any future business with Jeff Wyler. They are shady and completely dishonest, lying to a potential customer to try and get more money in their pockets. My advice - STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! The only reason I added 1 star was because I can't give them a 0 star rating. I'd give them -5 star rating if I could.
