Conditionnotation of "Appears new": these are items that appear to be in a newcondition or have never been used previously. These items are not testedfor functionality or completeness -for items that are marked "appearsnew" a bidder must examine the item thoroughly when picking up. If theitem does not appear new or unused or if there is an issue, the bidderMUST report this to 2MC Management, Inc. prior to leaving the premises.Once the bidder has left the premises with the item, 2MC Management,Inc. cannot issue any refund for issues arising with the item.
Conditionnotation of "Open Box": Items marked "Open Box" indicate that theycould come from a multitude of circumstances - shelf pulls, overstock,returns. An open box item could be incomplete and has not be tested forfunctionality. 2MC Management, Inc. cannot issue refunds on these itemsif there are issues arising.
Condition notation of "Damaged":Items marked "Damaged" could be new or used, but are noted to havecertain damage. If possible, items will have secondary photos thatdisplay the damage, but are not still not tested for completeness andfunctionality and could have more damage than found upon beinginventoried by 2MC. 2MC Management, Inc. cannot issue refunds on theseitems.
Increasing your own bid/Bidding Errors:? Please be awarethat many bidders routinely increase their own bid to price an item outof reach of other bidders. You should immediately review your bids oncesubmitted. If you mistakenly increase your own bid, place your biddernumber in the bid field, or make a typo you must immediately contact ouroffice by in writing - please use the contact sheet on our website (weMUST have your request in writing). Staggered Closing: Theonline auction closes 5 items per minute. This feature will close thebidding on intervals. This feature works great with the auto-extendfeature to closely emulate a 'live' auction.
Dynamic Closing. Theclosing time of an asset is automatically extended an additional 3minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 3 minutes of theasset's closing time. .
Bid Notification: If you have been outbidyou will be notified by email until the auction begins to close. Toquickly review your bids and see if you have won, you can utilize the'review bids' feature. Items that you have been outbid on will beclearly marked.
Winning Bidder Notification: You will be contactedby email ONLY (you are responsible for checking your email) If you feelyou have won an item and have not received an email, you must notify usvia our contact submission form no later than 9am the next day. .
Inthe event an item is not available for pickup, the buyer must, notifyour onsite staff and file a claim by replying to your original emailedinvoice noting what was not available within 24 hours of the pickupdate. After 24 hours, Fast Track It and buyer agrees that no adjustmentor refund will be made.

Liability: Fast Track It and Sellers(s) liability shall be limited to the refund of bidder(s) purchase price.
