      Absolutely horrible company. I ordered a custom "Best Dad Ever" shirt for my husband's first birthday as a dad. Not only did I receive the wrong product once but TWICE. The first time I contacted them, they offered either a replacement or a refund, so I opted for a replacement thinking it would be quickly corrected and shipped out to me. It took over a week to receive the replacement and once I did receive it, it was still wrong! I received a Best Mom Ever shirt with the incorrect design and names I originally submitted/purchased. This time when I contacted them they offered the same result (refund or replacement). I choose the refund because I don't want to be disappointed again and still waiting for it to come through. Buyers beware of this company; you will not get what you ordered!

      Still waiting on two mugs. Not only were they $51 (charged for shipping), I ordered almost 2 weeks ago and they can't tell me why it still says "Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item" 6 days ago. They won't issue a refund yet (have spoken to customer service twice). SCAM alert. So many complaints.

      Awful company! I ordered a custom mug and they sent something totally different than what I ordered. I spoke to customer service and they agreed to refund me, but then they sent a new mug instead without refunding me. The new mug had a spelling error. They insisted that I asked for it to be spelled that way and refused to refund me the full amount even after I provided proof and documentation that showed it to be their error. I never requested the 2nd mug and my original order had all of the spelling correct. I didn’t place a 2nd order. Dishonest business. Do not take the chance with them.

      I gave this site three tries and I've literally had issues all three times. This most recent time, only 1 out of 4 of the items I purchased arrived. I was informed that they use the same tracking for multiple packages - I find that to be a bunch of horse poop. How does anyone including their own company track multiple packages if there is only one tracking number and it only tracks one of the packages? I then requested for a reprint and they couldn't guarantee the delivery by Christmas and they won't compensate by expediting either. I order this on Nov 27th! They are claiming their system is limited which I again find this to be a bunch of horse crap. I then asked them to reprint but give me a discount for my inconvenience like refunding the shipping and again they claimed that the system won't allow that. HOWEVER, after I insisted that they are screwing me all around and that they are ripping me off because they only refunded 73% vs 75% for only receiving 1 out of 4 items, they were magically able to refund all the shipping. This tells me there is a way, they just refused to assist until you really make a stink about it. I had bought these for each of my sisters' family and now I only have 1 to give as a gift. I they are extremely dishonest and their customer service has very little ability to help customers. I believe they are borderline a fraud company. As much as I really like the concept and the products, I would never order from them again and I would encourage folks to think twice!

      Stay away from this place. They should close their doors immediately. How they're still open for business is beyond me. It seems like every complaint filed has to do with their timely production process & lengthy shipping. Heed my warning & stay away. DO NOT purchase anything from Gossby!!!

      I ordered beginning of September supposedly the label was created September 13 it’s been in pre shipment since then I’ve complained many times for them to tell me to be patient with them. It was an anniversary gift well the anniversary has come and gone and nothing has been done but the refund of my shipping and I was told to wait 5-7 more business days. I have emailed them 2 more times for them to ignore me please don’t waste the money on them because chances are you won’t receive the product anyways.

      Complete fkn ripoff! Saw an Ad Sponsored thing on ******** promoting this company. The pitch was you submit a picture of your pet and they create a watercolor type graphic canvas with your pet's pic with a bright bold background. I did so, submitted a picture, chose a size(16x20), and paid the amount($66 and some change) after tax and all. They created a proof within 48 hrs. I wasn't crazy about the background(which I chose) so I emailed them back and asked if they could generate two more proofs with the two of the other background options they offered. They replied saying they could but to please be patient as they were inundated with orders. This was two weeks ago! I've emailed them two separate times asking for an ETA on a finished product. So far nothing except excuses. I emailed them back this past Thursday(its now Tuesday as I write this) and told them if they couldn't have a proof or proofs for me by noon on Friday to just cancel my order and refund the purchase price. I told them no hard feelings, no ill reviews, nada, I just wanted my $$ back. Well here we are 3.5 business days later and STILL no response, thus my getting on BBB. *****BUYER BEWARE. IDK IF THIS IS A SCAM OR NOT BUT IT IS BS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BUSINESS OPERATIONS TO SAY THE VERY LEAST***** After some online research, they're headquartered in China(go figure) with only a distribution warehouse in Louisville KY. Next step is disputing the charge with my bank and calling the attorney general's office in KY. They totally got what's coming to them. Also, BBB requires you give at least a one star rating. They won't accept a Zero Star rating, which is exactly what these people deserve.
