I was blown away by the kind , helpful and quick response to my issue. Sonic Electronixs customer service empathized with my problem and quickly went to work creating a solution. They didnt pay me lip service and leave the issue for me to deal with like you may experiance with the top 4 car stereo manufacturers. In less than 24 hours of me contacting customer service, my rep had already worked behind the scenes getting an RA approved before I even knew that was an option. She truly went above and beyond to provide a positive outcome to the situation . Due to her top notch customer service, I am already shopping Sonic Electronixs for my next car stereo.Review from David A

While placing my order typo error my email address. I called Sonic customer service Maria was able to track my order and correct my email and send me a copy of the invoice and explained that one of my item is on back order it will take 4 weeks to come and she split the order and sent the rest of the available items and said will send the missing item when available. Who ever is Joanna C. That work for this company is great. She help me all the way from start to finish. Awesome customer care specialist.
