I was charged twice for services that were not received. Due to the early cold weather, our services ended early. I called and spoke with the office, which has always been very friendly, and they told me not to worry, the charge from 10/04/22 would be refunded and the future charge would be canceled. I was refunded the original charge from 10/04/22 but the future charge was never canceled and was charged on 10/18/22. I have called and texted and emailed Mosquito Squad weekly about this issue since then. This has now been 2+ months and they will not respond to me, other than their answering service saying "we will send your info to our manager ****". HE NEVER CALLS BACK. I understand staffing shortages, and business, but not even caring enough to respond over TWO MONTHS is unacceptable.Business response

In August, 2022, Mosquito Squad charged my credit card $60.81 for 2 treatments that were never applied due to rain, but have only refunded one of the $60.81 payments to my credit card. I've worked with them since the end of August in an effort to get my refund - to no avail. They won't answer my text messages or return my phone calls any more. Today I've also filed a complaint with Capital One, my credit card provider.Business response

We had to issue 2 refunds (same amount, $60.81 each). Our system only processed the first (it kicked the 2nd refund out bc it thought it was a duplicate). *** ******* called and brought this to our attention. We tried to issue the refund on her credit card a 2nd time. For some reason it did not go through. We ended up cutting a check for *** ******* and hand delivering it to her. She was very appreciative of the gesture and removed her complaint.Customer response
