On Oct 11 2023 I order from domino's pizza 812 eastern parkway I never received my order I called the domino's to find out about my order store manager said it had been canceled because of address and to talk to **** who is the general manager and it would take 3 day for my money to be back on my card I used I never received anything I tried to call costumer service no one has gotten back with me about the situation every time I call I get hung up onBusiness response

On Friday, May 6th, 2022, I placed an order online with the ******* ******* location around 2:20 pm. The site informed me that my order should be done around 2:55 pm. I arrived promptly at that time. I attempted to go into the store, but it was locked and there was a handwritten sign stating that they were shortstaffed until 4 pm. I could see an individual in the store, but they would not come to the front to speak with several other customers including myself who were waiting outside, confused on the situation. For reference, this store confirmed my order, received my payment and tip, and then proceeded to do nothing about it. The stores phone system does not actually ring in the store, it is placed on a continuous loop repeating specials. This became apparent after I had attempted to call them for over an hour, and reading reviews on ****** where countless other customers stated the same issue. I contacted dominos customer service who informed me that as the ******* ******* location was a franchise and independently operated, the best they could do was send a report to the business owner. All I wanted was a refund.Initial Complaint

We ordered a pizza on or about December 24th. You cannot eat the pizza it was horrible someone sent me an e-mail said that they were sending us out a certificate it was never received they've contacted me multiple times and said it was on its way and we never got anything and I want to be compensated for my loss plus my tip I gave the delivery guy
