My complaint is that I feel like I am being singled out. CSL plasma closes at 8 p.m. The supervisor at this location, I believe her name is *****, thinks it takes me longer than it should to go through the donation process. Because of this, she has made a rule specifically for me that I have to be there no later than 6:30. Since the business closes at 8 p.m. I think it's unfair to give me a different time because she feels it takes me too long to donate.Business response

This is in response to the complaint from ***** *****. We have asked Mr.***** to come in earlier due to his HCT being high and his donation time is longer due to this. Mr. ***** can come in anytime to donate, we will not defer him if he comes in after 6:30. I will not give him a lifetime VIP. He can donate within the regular hour we are open.
