      I don't usually write reviews, but after seeing this low rating I feel I need to give my opinion. My home warranty dispatched Jeff Foster plumbing. Sam and his apprentice Nate came out to the house the SAME DAY to assess the multiple plumbing issues I was experiencing. After diagnostics and formulating a repair plan, they have kept me informed and have been attentive to my needs. Sam made a follow-up call on Sunday just to ensure that I still had hot water after a temporary fix and a part order. Both Sam and Nate have been professional, kind, respectful to me, my family and my home. Sam made the comment last night after running into an unexpected issue, "Don't worry about it, there's nothing I can't fix." and I absolutely believe him! Sam is empathetic and working on cost-saving measures for items I need outside of my warranty coverage. I would highly recommend Jeff Foster Plumbing and I intend to use them in the future outside of my home warranty for any plumbing issues that I may require at my home or place of business.

      If I could give zero stars I would. My warranty company assigned them to my house for a non working garbage disposal. I get a call from the tech saying he was on my way to my house at 1:30 pm. By 2:30 pm he still had not shown up and I get a text from Jeff Fosters saying my work order had been transferred at the warranty company. So I tried calling and texting Jeff Foster back as well as the tech that called me. No response. When I called my warranty company they were told the tech went to my house but were told by a lady at the house that they didnt have time and shut the door. So even the tech lied or he went to the wrong address because nobody showed up at my house. We even checked cameras to prove it. But Jeff Fosters has never responded to my many calls and texts for an answer. Zero customer service. Stay away from them!

      We went to the address listed on the work order. You were very rude to the plumbers, so I requested that the warranty company transfer the job. We will not tolerate such behavior from anyone! We do not appreciate being called a liar...sticks and stones.

      Jeff Foster Plumbing is not a reputable business, they don't take phone calls, they text you and then never follow through. They have lied to my home warranty twice saying that I didn't want service and the last time said they couldn't reach me. Terrible business would not recommend for anything. It's like they go out of their way to not do a job. The worst company ever.

      Had our hot water heater go out original to home. Jeff Foster was out next day through our home warranty and replaced it. No harm no foul. A year and a half later our pilot light won’t light on the hot water heater. Jeff foster came back out and after many attempts got it lit and said that there’s a manufacturer defect on the gas control valve. I asked when that would be fixed only to be told that me as the homeowner would have to contact Rheem the manufacturer for a replacement part and get it switched out through their supplier. To do that I would have been out of hot water for a week having to take the part off take it to the distributor and put it back on only for it “maybe” to work. I was fed up. I called another company they came out next day and took a look and didn’t understand why there was no inspection sticker on the water heater that was replaced. Also they mentioned there wasn’t a Tee fitting catch before the gas went into the control valve to make sure and lessen the amount of debris going throughout the system. I was floored..I can’t believe there wasn’t an inspection and that this little part that wasn’t installed by Jeff Foster wasn’t installed and likely caused failure of the water heater after 1.5 years. Will never be using them again and am going to cancel out home warranty. I understand completely that I’m subject as the contract holder to the what company the home warranty uses, but for them not to have an inspection on a unit or have the proper parts to make it up to code and prevent issues in the future? Unacceptable.

      When we work with a home warranty company, we are obligated to follow their policies. We always check with the home warranty company to determine what is/is not covered on a customer's contract. Also, when a mfg warranty is involved, it trumps any home warranty. The mfg will only speak with the homeowner, no contractors! With regard to the inspection sticker, we're only human...things happen...things get missed. Not sure what a "tee fitting catch" is, but installation was done up-to-code. The only cause of the water heater failing is the mfg defect. We sympathize with this customer's frustration, but don't take it out on the middle man. We're only doing our job! Thank you
