      On March 26th I ordered a pool liner from this company for almost $3600 and was told that it would take 3 weeks to be delivered. On April 19th I reached out on the status of the liner and was told that the liner hadn’t arrived and that they had to get with the vender to find out the status and get back to me. On April 25th I still hadn’t received a status so I reached back out to see what they found out yet again, only to be told it would be another 5-9 days before it would be delivered. On May 5th, 10 days later, I hadn’t received any information on the delivery of the liner so I reached out asking what the problem was and they responded that the liner had came in the night before. So I asked when they would be able to follow through on installing my liner that i paid for 6 weeks ago now that the weather was hot enough to swim, and they responded that they would get back to me that same afternoon with an installment day. Around 6pm I was never reached out to or informed an installment day, so I reached back out myself around 6pm to remind them that I still needed an installment appointment. I didn’t hear back from them that night nor the next morning so I reached back out the following morning around 10:30 am again telling them that I needed an appointment set up for my pool liner to be installed. They responded with “They will get started on Tuesday.” With out providing me a set time, I reached out Monday evening around 6:30 pm asking what time they were coming so that I could make sure I was there to put the dogs up and let them in, but received no response. This morning, the day of the appointment I reached out again to ask for a set time that they were coming and she responded that her lead technician, ******* hurt his hand this past weekend working on another pool and was in the hospital so they couldn’t come today. I am extremely disappointed in this company and furious that I am out almost $3600 with no pool liner to show for it.
