            **** ****** came out to my house and measured my deck to have repairs done to it. It was originally installed by them approximately five years ago. They attempted to set up an appointment to come out and do repairs during the pandemic and I was waiting to hear back from the insurance company so I asked them to postpone it for a month or two. That was my mistake because I never heard back from them, I have made multiple calls and sent a few emails and it was only when I sent the most recent email and voicemail asking them if they’re not going to call me at least give me my money back, and apparently that’s what they wanted to do because immediately the very next day, they called me back to tell me that they were going to refund my money. So now I have a proprietary product that is only install buy this one contractor in this region and they’re refusing to come out and do the work for whatever the reason is I don’t know because they will not call me.

            I recently had Sundeck applied to my pool deck I had it about 7 years ago and loved it! But this time as been a night mare! The workmanship was the worst I have ever seen! They Actually painted my skimmer lid shut! After they painted it for a second time due to the shooting job the first time , they walked around the whole pool and made black marks in the paint from there boots! They painted the separation spaces! After 4 days, I assumed that it was dry, but it wasn’t. The paint was all missed up from the patio furniture. I am so upset! Please do t use this company based in Kentucky! They are a joke!
