      I attempted to make various payments with the location even in the most inconvenient ways for me and their system has refused my card. And they supposedly take me card. The money was taken out of my account but the bank says it was sent back because the company returned the payment. I have confirmation numbers and my bank made note of this situation so it will be easier for the BBB to find the evidence.

      When I move from Stallion Pointe Apt the apt was clean the same way when I move out.  I waiting a whole month for my deposits.  When I got it it was $162 so I call the apt she said that what apt do is take part of deposits money I said no they don't.

      I have been experiencing issues at my residence in Sansom Ridge since June 9, 2023. This was the date of my first email regarding noise complaints from the unit above me. The very first night my neighbors moved in they woke me up at 2 in the morning with a loud bang and children running up and down the hallway. This went on for months and months with no resolve. I even had to contact local police a few times and was advised that they could not do anything except write a ticket if the noise continued. I do not know if a ticket was ever written. I went upstairs several times and even caught the lady outside as she was walking her children to the bus to advise that I work two full time jobs and did not appreciate the fact that they were keeping me up late at night and as early as 5 in the morning with the noise. She always acted as if she didn’t speak English of course. This caused so much mental distress that I eventually had to seek help through a therapist. She eventually moved to an apartment downstairs in September and I thought that I had finally gotten my peace back but I was absolutely wrong because as soon as she moved the roaches came. I informed management of this issue towards the end of October 2023. My first email to them regarding this issue was October 31, 2023 when I started waking up to roaches crawling in my bed. There were to occasions where I was just sitting in bed watching tv and roaches were crawling on my pillows. The only response I kept receiving was that I was being added to the list for pest control to come to my apartment and each time they came the roaches got worse. I was finally told that a clean out would need to be done and that I would need to remove everything from the cabinets in my kitchen and bathrooms. I did that and even had to throw away every dish in my kitchen as well as food and start over. The clean out I believe was done in November. It is January and I am still killing roaches and pest control has not been back since.

      Senior due to the mold in my apart since August which it has damage my furniture bedroom nightstand dresser and mirror couch loveseat, 3 end table, kitchen table and chairs, fireplace.  The mold is still in here.  Ask ***** ********* about who is going to pay for my furniture never said anything talk to ******* never responded.
