      Terrible customer service. The app does not work. You earn reward points but the app does not allow you to redeem.

      What a shame. When you are craving fried chicken you expect KFC to produce consistent fried chicken. Well that’s not the case for this location. We ordered a bucket of chicken and had it delivered. At first glance, everything looked great. As we began to plate the chicken we soon realized the breading was falling off and saturated in oil. Out of an entire bucket 1 piece held up and was edible. This is pathetic when you spend 30 dollars on chicken to get 1 quality piece. The quality of this order was poor and I am highly dissatisfied with this locations execution of fried chicken. It is literally what your brand prides itself on making. This store failed to meet the mark. Such a waste of money and a good way to spoil a meal. Hopefully this location can get it together and execute the thing the store should be able to do with ease.       Terrible customer service. The online reviews will speak for the way this establishment is being ran. Melissa is the worst person to have as a manager! She bosses Taylor around but he isn't very pleasant himself. When trying to ask for my receipt, she told him to close the window in my face! Whoever runs this place doesn't not care about the brand of KFC and just letting these people running a circus! I certainly would not have those two representing my establishment!!! 0/10!

      I think this place is full of crap I have ordered from them twice and both times something was wrong and when I called about the problem I was told I lied about it and they were extremely rude and none helpful this is the worst place to eat I’ll never ever order nothing else from these flaky people

      On June 8, I placed an Online Order (Order No. #144x242x641) for pickup at Gainesville, VA Ordered the following: (2) 12 pcs tenders (3) buckets of 12 pcs chicken There was a 40% OFF (online order only) offer for 12pcs Chicken Bucket, It did not say that it was limited to one bucket. I placed the order, thinking that I can ask later at the store, and was told to call KFC at 800x225x5532 and file a complaint. And did and twice I was told that its only for 1 bucket, but NEVER in the ADS that show it's limited for 1 bucket only. They person on the phone, would do the standard apologies but cannot do anything to adjust and accommodate my complaint. This 40% OFF is deceiving customers as it was FALSELY ADVERTISED. What do I want? I want KFC to honor 40% OFF on the 3 bucket of 12pcs that I purchased as it never say on their ads that it was limited to only 1 bucket. If they can show proof that it was for only 1 bucket, then I fill will stop and rescind my complaints. - Q

      Better bureau gave KFC an A+ rating. That's wrong they must have paid somebody off to get that rating. 2.50$ for a little dry wing. That's price gouging and bad food. If I could give them a rating it would be F-.

      I made an order on the KFC mobile app. When I went to the location to pick up my order, I was informed that what Iordered wasn’t available and was offered a substitute instead. I let them know that I wanted a refund instead since they didn’t have what I actually ordered. I was told that I had to call the corporate number. After going through two levels of reps, I was told that I was outside of the refund window and could not receive a refund. I told the rep that I felt like I Had been robbed. To date, I’ve received no communication and no refund. Additionally, I’ve come to realize that this is a common problem with KFC. A business of this size shouldn't be able to just openly rob its customers. I got nothing at all and they still have my money. I just wanted my money back but ended up SOL. #robbed

      I bought an 8pc bucket meal at KFC in Livingston, TN. USA, in March of this year. Once I got the meal home, which was 30 miles away. I opened it up, I went to plate it out for my wife and myself and mother-in-law. We noticed the thigh, breast and even the leg was RAW. On the inside. The outside of those pieces were a doughy white color, like they had been packed tightly together and cooked, not allowing the hot oils to reach the entire chicken during the cooking process. Temp of the thigh and breast internally was 88 degrees. It was bloody and looking almost completely raw next to the bone. Needless to say, we couldn't eat it. We wasted $38.00 on that meal. Not to mention wasting over an hours worth of time and gas expense to drive and get it. When I contacted KFC corporate to complain and offer picture evidence, even. KFC said I would receive a voucher for a replacement meal. As of today, I have never received anything. So I called them back today, over 2 months later. They start out offering me a $5.00 voucher, each time, during the same call, that I did not agree to be satisfied with their offer, the representative would increase the voucher offer by $5.00 increments. When he got to offer a $25.00 voucher, he said then, that would be the final offer. So I begrudgingly accepted the offer for a $25.00 voucher. Thinking, "at least I will get part of the cost back." Now, once that was all said and done he said he would now report this issue to the proper person in request of a $25.00 voucher. I told him it was awfully crappy of them not to at least offer to cover the entire cost of the meal , which was $38.00, including extra sides, biscuits and so on. Trust me, when you open up a box of chicken and it's raw! That ruins the entire meal. Turns your stomach straight sick. So now, 2 months later I'm still waiting on a satisfactory outcome to compensate me driving 30 miles, spending $38.00 and then driving 30 miles back home. Check your food before leaving restaurant!
