      We ordered a beautiful flowering plant off of their website for our daughter's funeral. What we received was severely lacking and half dead. The flowers were wilted, the plant leaves were brown and dying. It was a complete embarassment that these were the flowers sent by us four our daughters funeral. We repeatedly left messages, calls, emails to try to get these replaced. Not one word from the florist. I even called FTD and complained and they could not offer any assistance. We were mortified by what was sent and we spent $100.00 on these.

      Their website states SAME DAY DELIVERY. I called the store Thurs Jan 5th at 12:59 Central, which turned out to be after their business hours. Their phone message says to order online after hours. I order for a funeral Friday Jan 6th and received an email confirmation. I called the store again several times Friday during business hours and no one answered so I left a message. I called again Saturday Jan 7th and Monday Jan 9th, and again left messages which were unreturned. I also emailed [email protected] on Sat Jan 7th which went unanswered. On Monday Jan 9th I called the store and their phone announcement was still from Jan 2nd, and at that time I stated that they missed the funeral on the 6th, they did not provide the same day delivery that they claim to provide, and I wanted the order cancelled and requested a refund of $91.11 for the order and delivery fee. I called Belmar Floral Events again on Weds Jan 4th and heard the same phone announcement from Jan 2nd. I again stated that I wanted a refund; they failed to provide same-day delivery and the funeral was 5 days ago. The intended floral recipient notified me today (Jan 11th) that they received the arrangement. Belmar Floral Events emailed me today that they "finally got the order out this week", which means today: 6 days after I ordered, and 5 days after the event, not SAME DAY DELIVERY. They did not live up to their fast delivery claim, and they took no measures to contact me or respond to my contact attempts with them. Unacceptable business practices, and failure to provide the service they claim. I have requested a refund from them, and wish I had checked reviews prior to ordering because there are many online complaints in recent months about this company.

      Purchased flowers online for delivery and the product chosen online and the product delivered were not the same. I tried emailing, calling and contacting on social media within hours of delivery to resolve the matter and no response has been made. I ordered this as a sympathy for a loss of a family member and the bouquet was a joke as compared to what the picture display I chose. There were mostly greens and wilted flowers in this $70 order.
