    Sent through our insurance. Totally unprofessional and scary. I cannot recommend this company to anyone who values their personal safety and being treated with respect. The technician was hostile and aggressive toward me immediately upon meeting, when he assumed I had hung up on him earlier and "been very rude" - despite the fact that I had not spoken to a single human being from Jack Rabbit regarding my service. This was not for lack of trying - I reached out to the number provided as a direct line to the provider multiple times and was constantly met with an automated message asking me to press 0 to speak to an operator. I attempted to explain this to him but he was irate and insistent I was rude and hung up on him. Thankfully my partner was present to speak with this man for the 15 minutes it took to de-escalate his anger and convince him to do the service. It is absurd that that even had to occur. Regardless of any perceived issue prior to the service, it is unacceptable to speak to and approach other people that way. Further, as he fumed he cancelled our service through the insurance vendor, claiming to our insurance that he could not find my vehicle - as he was parked directly next to my vehicle. He then decided to perform the service "at a deal" for us of $40 - paid directly to his personal Venmo, not through the agreed upon 3rd party vendor. We paid as we sincerely felt concerned for our well-being around this erratic and hostile man, not knowing if he had anything underlying occurring, and knowing our insurance will reimburse. Carlos G. should NOT be servicing anyone's vehicles, and had I been on my own, or heaven forbid in an isolated area, I cannot emphasize how much more terrified I would have been. I would rather pay $400 for a lockout service and be treated with dignity than ever encounter this person again in ANY capacity. It was traumatic and deeply unprofessional - be warned when using Jack Rabbit Services, LLC.
