I had storm damage to the siding on my house. I had trouble getting anyone to come out and give me an estimate. I contacted HKC and they came out and inspected the damage and gave me an estimate. No problem. The representative came and explained the repair process and gave me an estimate. No pressure at all. The repairs were made and the crew that came did an excellent job. It looks great. I also had some roof repairs done. They did a great job. HKC will have my business.

I received roofing repairs from HKC Roofing. My service representative was Juan M. I received top quality service from beginning to the end. I have seen numerous advertisements about HKC and I am glad to have had them to do my repairs. My service representative stayed in contact with me during the entire process. I had a new roof installed on 4/13/2023 due to wind damage by HKC roofing in Louisville KY. Right from the start when Blaine G**** the sales manager came by to look at my roof I saw they were different from the others I had come by. No high pressure sales to upgrade this and that. He listened to me first and then showed me what they had to offer. He was a breath of fresh air over some of the other roof sales persons that came by. The installers were great and did a great job. The roof was done in one day and am very pleased with the finished product. I would recommend HKC roofing in Louisville to anyone that has a roofing issue...Plus they are local and have been around for awhile. HKC Roofing is a honest Company......

After encuring roof damage from April 13, 2022 tornado, and being visited by insurance adjustor, I contacted HKC Roffing regarding roof replacement. I received an estimate, and agreed to the price. I was told I would be called for a schedule time for the replacment. After about a week, I called HKC Roffing office, identified myself, and was told "I was just about to call you". I was give a scheduled time of May 20 at about 7:30 AM, and advised that the new shingles would be delivered on May 19, The shingles were delivered on May 20 about 7:45. After waiting for more than an hour, I called HKC Roofing, and as advised that the construction crew had been delayed and would arrive on May 21. When I asked for an arrival time, I was referred to another person (male) who informed me in a profanity laced converation that they would be on my property when they got there. The foof was replaced on May 21, and I called HKC general sales manager to arrange for an inspection and payment. This was accomplished, and the sales manager advised me that some of the nail heads were covered using clear caulk, instead of brown. He wrote this on a work order, and advised that I should hear for the schedule department in a few days. I waited for more than a week, before I called the general sales manager. He informed me that brown caulk was not available, and the general manager had the work order and would call me when the brown cault was available. I am still waiting o the call? Had I known before hand, what I know HKC Roofing would have not gotten the job. I will advise all that ask of my unwarranted situation, and would not allow HKC Roofing to replace the roof on a dog house!!

Mr. ***********, We would be more then happy to come replace the caulking, I am not sure why we got a 1 star review over something we could not control. For reasons that I am unsure of the distributors are having trouble make black and brown caulk. Also we have a conversation recorded where you were cussing at our employee, so I am not sure where the profanity laced conversation was had. In the end we will be happy to coming rectify the situation if you would like.

Your assertion of having a recorded conversation is not even worth considering! First, recording a conversation without permission is illegal, and I have sufficient intelligence to express my opinions without the lack of profanity. I have no interest in allowing anyone associated with HKC Roofing on my property.
