  He was hired to build up a structure which was started. He took alot of money and did very little work, in fact destroying most of the structure. Very unprofessional and actually made threats to myself and my husband. I paid alot of money for nothing. He showed up on the property 3 times in 2 months but still kept collecting money. This is robbery. I am very very upset and unhappy. The way he talked to us when questioned was nothing short of rude and just wrong but again threatening. Very very unprofessional . End of the day, he took my money, ruined the structure and has nothing to make it right.

  A proposal was accepted and signed into contract on 02/14/2023.  I started the process of preparing plans for the addition of the structure to be able to pull a building permit and started ordering materials. We began to have materials delivered to the site and scheduled to start work on the structure. After spending around two weeks dealing with Henry and Shelby Countys Health Department and Planning and Zoning trying to get a permit issued, it was brought to my attention by ******** husband that the structure didn't require a building permit. We started demo on 03/29/2023. Both ****** and ****n were upset as they said all we had done was tear up their property and nothing else had been done. ****n complained about the materials being "cheap" and we were told not to come back. It was also around this time that ****n made accusations that "something was going on" between ****** and myself. Materials for the second floor were delivered on 04/10/2023 and ****** called the supplier to have them returned and we were told the gate was locked, to not come back. After letting a few weeks pass, I contacted ****** to see if they wanted us to finish. Change orders were made to the project to include framing interior walls on the first floor, extending the floor, adding four windows and a rear door and hooking up their water, sewer and running electrical to the pole. The most recent issue is that they were upset that aside from me being there on Saturday, 05/31/2023 that no one was working over Memorial Day weekend. It has become a hostile work environment and we are terminating the contract at this time.
