Company came to replace our roof, first with the incorrect metal. Blamed it on someone else who worked there. We finally agreed to the metal they had after months of waiting. Before job was finished, we called out concerns and spots they missed. Trim not cut, or cut too short, the wrong kind of metal used. ***** **** said he would come back out multiple times. Finally came out to look, and ssid he would be back "next week". Never showed. Then we noticed in our attic that the ridge cap was not installed correctly. After weeks of asking, ***** finally came out and ssid he had to order pieces. He hasnt been back. Now our attic is leaking because of their negligence.Initial Complaint

March 2023 a windstorm in Rineyville, KY damaged my roof. Power Home Exteriors contacted and contracted to complete new roof, gutters, downspouts, soffits, gable trim, siding, and concrete driveway. Work was below industry standards, cheaper materials used other than specified in contract, work incomplete, and work site abandoned, leaving large pile of debris on my property. Attorney has been retained, damages of $30k, Power Home Exteriors cannot be found or reached.Initial Complaint

Company took almost 16k from me back in April to order windows for my home. They never showed up to install, have changed business locations, phone numbers and won’t return texts or emails. The have blocked me and refuse to return a call from my attorney or PI I hired to investigate them. The business is fake and also advertised raffle drawings where people bought tickets to win four wheelers. The live winner drawings never took placeInitial Complaint

I paid $7,000, which is half of the contracted price, to have new siding put on the entire house, and all new replacement windows installed. It has been almost 4 months since I paid half upfront, and no work has been done to my house at all, yet. If they don't finish the job, very soon, I will lose out on recoverable depreciation of the siding, which comes to $2,143, because the work was not completed within 6 months of the insurance claim payout.
