Recently after a top rated employee was “let go” when given a 30day notice of her employment I was notified of these events. Since I have been going here for seven years you can imagine the relationship with this employee I developed especially during a time I lost my son, most importantly the amount of services I have on file with quite large dollar value. I immediately reached out and requested a refund of my services for a few reasons, I live an hour away, personal preference of expierenced anesthetist of nine years vs 2+ years, nor will I let a “Dr” that had preformed the first service years ago touch my face. The service by this provider was very painful, a lot of bruising I chose she would never touch me, since then I have had procedures by other providers that used to be there, and the results were beautiful. I requested my monies on file, I explained why, I was sent a “certified “ letter with all the details of this providers life history and apologies for my last visit displeasure. Offering me an opportunity to drive an hour there for a face to face to discuss the situation. It was not my last visit I was unhappy with, it was this person that I spelled out why I would not be seeing her, my last visit was amazing with the terminated employee. No where when purchasing was there a no refund policy, several years ago I had purchased services then decided I didn’t want those specific and was refunded. Recent name change due to lawsuit for taking another businesses name. Second sending a certified letter with the history of a provider that has NO relevance in this situation except money, requesting me to come to them for face to face? The employee that gave 30 days, then terminated was told this location ( Dixie Highway) would be closing end of July due to her leaving? They also sent a text saying employee has decided to move on with her career and how happy they are for her? The lies, the bad business with other businesses, using their name all spells scam.
