WORST service ever. I was lied to from day one. Biggest mistake I have ever made. Was told the batteries would last 12 hours. They barely last 4 to maybe 5 hours. When I complained about this, I was given a link of power usage to how this would affect battery life. The online web site where I can physically make changes to my system was deactivated 3 months after the system was up and running. Now I have to email Empower whenever I want to make a change to the TOU Time of use. Now I just sent a request to have the panels cleaned since it was agreed upon when I purchased the system. Guess what they don't do cleaning I was given a short contact list of persons that can clean the panels at a fee. The biggest kicker is the TAX CREDIT. IF I was to take the tax credit of $14k I think it was and applied it to my loan then the loan payment would stay the same for the life of the loan. Well guess what there is no TAX CREDIT if you don't make enough money. So, my monthly bill just went up by $52. I will never make this same mistake again and another Solar rep comes to my house without knowledge will be met with prejudice. and forced to evocate the property or face Criminal Trespassing.Review from Robert R.

Josh and his team installed solar power on my house. They took care of all permitting and installed the system in a timely manner. I was first impressed with the level of detail in the solar design and specific site level modification applied to the project. The project was finished almost a month ago and the system is currently working great. The honesty in system productivity, in regards to net-metering, is also a big part of why I decided to go with this company; two other companies claimed their systems would provide 100% of power requirements (which is misleading at best) because people use power when the sun isn’t shining also. The crew was very friendly, efficient and courteous. One of the best decisions we’ve made was trusting empower solar company with our solar installation project.
