Account number: ******* Name: **** **** Pay out of pocket. At the day of treatment, I paid a whole amount $182.00 then few week later I got another charge for $92 and they said it because they charge extra amount for insurance but I'm no F insurance. I'm self pay. They promise to escalate and it's been 1.5 month and nobody called back. They kept sending bills and bothering me. Called customers support, got asked to ignore and now, this is what happened.Initial Complaint

On 12-1-22 I saw a physician at Forte Sports Medicine and Orthopedics for a procedure. All cost was billed to insurance, Medicare and ********** *********. It was reported that it was lacking $6.07 to be paid. I have repeatedly sent a explanation of benefits to the Forte billing. I have called countless times .Last month I was told that the bill was marked paid. Again this month I received another statement. I am sending copy of the paid receipt along with the statement I receive each month from Forte. Please help me. I cannot get this company to adjust the payment and close the billing to me each month. As of 12/11/2023, the balance of $6.07 has been removed from the patient liability. The account is Paid in Full. Attached is confirmation of the $0.00 balance. Thank you for your patience and your understanding.Customer response
