While using the KY Lottery app, transactions to purchase online tickets have failed to go through, but my account has been debited the purchase amount. The app will not show my transactions, game history, or numbers. One more thing, you can't withdraw the money back you deposit to play either. Scam!

I truly think this a scam. I downloaded the site to just check my tickets. Then I decided to try the slot machines for real. I added my money now it says you can't access the site because of my location. I live in Kentucky and my phones setting are correct. Still doesn't let me play. Now I'm fighting to get my money refunded. Don't add money take it from me it's a scam.

Just put $50 on my online account keeps giving code 1606 I am clearly in the state of Kentucky not close to any other state boundaries. Just want it fixed or money back. Have tried numerous different things and still says the exact thing 1606 code.

I really wanted to give at least 4 stars because i play the online games alot but when i try to play now i get a notice saying im not within boundaries, which is crazy because i havent left the state in i couldnt tell you how long. The instant play games online have got to be fake. It doesn't matter how much I put on it or how often, it takes my money every time. The percentage of winners really needs investigated. Check my account and see all my winnings .

This is the most ridiculous platform I have ever used online when it comes to verification of your GEO location just so you can lose your hard earned dollars because after depositing your money to play your left with having to opt out opt back in uninstalling then reinstalling the app to clearing cache and cookies to deleting browsing data for hours still to no avail you can't get verified for GEO location and can't play as to when you contact Kentucky lottery support your left with no resolution to why you can't get verified only to get told a specialized IT team will have to take over the issue with getting you verified so support creates a case anf and that is that well my solution is check the developer who created the website and the app and see if they have updated the software for the website and the app it's not rocket science Kentucky lottery its a simple verification of the location to play online or in the app in the boundaries of Kentucky solution real time location need I say more thank you have a blessed day

Ok lets get to the point the games are not fair. If you win 1 out of 10 chances you win the amount that was played. The odds don’t add up but you say your games are tested on what account, not to mention the bonus round are crap even if you get one out 30 time you put in to it. I find it funny that there is so many people talking about this. If the games are crashing all the time doesn’t that effectively affect the odds? Getting kick of the server and having to log back on then you call about it and they act like there’s nothing they can do it took all most a month for there tech group to email me back. So as of now I’ve decided to delete the app it’s just not worth playing.

I have only deposited in my account and played games. Tonight I went to log on and to my surprise my account was suspended. I contacted customer service through chat and also called. All they could tell me was I violated terms of use. I am confused how you violate terms of use when you have only deposited money and played. The only thing I can think of is where I had won a pretty good amount on two occasions. No one was able to answer any of my questions. I am not sure what their deal is but being I have done nothing but play games is they single out people who may have won??? On their terms of use, all of it is criminal. I have never even had a speeding ticket and am sure I have had nothing to do with criminal activity. I only chose there to play because it is suppose to support KY education. One if I am going to be accused of anything criminal then someone better have evidence of that because I assure you I wouldn't be involved in any criminal activity's. Wait, gambling is illegal in Ky so as long as you are spending it on their site it is ok? They prevent any casino's from coming in, you can't gamble online at any other casino... I see a lot of favoritism as well as and excusable illegal activity according to KY law. I would like to know and have proof that they actually help with Ky education and how much is actually spent on education. I just wouldn't waste my time on their site because they seem to pick at people and make false accusations.
