** ******* *** I went to the **** ******* *** location of Concrete Kingdom in March to purchase a cavalier. The person told us we can pick it up in a few weeks. When we went back, we decided to purchase a flower pot instead and paid the difference on April 8th, which was $57.82. We told the man we might move and won't need it and he didn't say anything. It needed to be ordered I believe and then painted too so it wouldn't be ready for a little bit. We did end up finding something else and I called the place to ask for a refund since we never picked up anything nor it was delivered and they had charged my card. The guy on the phone told me that they are not giving any refunds, and who we were dealing with previously is fired because he was stealing from them and he doesn't know what I'm talking about. I went there and showed my receipt, told another guy that I'd like to get a refund because we didn't take anything from the store, he called the owner and she told me that they will not give me any refund. There was not a sign about "no refund' in the store, they do not have a website where it says "no refund" and the employee never mentioned it either. I believe we are due for our $57.82 since we did not get anything from the store and quite honestly now I absolutely will never go back there. They were not helpful, the owner was borderline rude. We did purchase a few things before but that's not gonna happen again.Business response

Good morning, I am responding to a claim made against The Concrete Kingdom. Ms. ******* *aying that she wants a refund. Her purchase was made 8 months ago. My employee called me when she came in and I spoke with her on the phone. I stated that I was not giving a refund after 8 months had gone by. There is a sign over the register that says no refunds
I told her I would give her the merchandise she paid for or she could pick out something else. But no refund is going to be given after 8 months and deciding you don’t want something. I am not sure of any business that would give a refund after 8 months.
