I noticed a sound coming from my front brakes . I pulled into the nearest big o. Thru check it out and I was told my front brakes were locked up. I had not lost braking power..They checked the back brakes too. I was given a price of 900dollars to repair. Was told it was dangerous to drive. Waited on the repairs . Then after paying I was told I still needed back brakes. It was closing time. Frustrated so I paid and left. After taking my receipt to 3 different garages I was given priced between 380 and 420 for the repairs thru charged 900 for. It took around 45 minutes of labor as I timed it..Feel like I was lied too. After calling big o customer care I have been ran in circles. Was told to stop payment on my card which I could not do as that meant fraud and cancellation of my card. I'm not trying to lye and telly card company I did not authorize the charge. What I authorized was the repair of all 4 wheels with the brake work. The store manager called me back and was very rude and condescending. He told me I was aware the back brakes were not included and their price was fair. I had applied for the secondary financing and he put my card number in incorrectly causing it to decline and then told me he did not know how to redo it..Tried talking to that companys customer service and could not undy a word thru were saying talking in another country with a lack of English skills. I'm frustrated beyond words. Next day I noticed a fluid leak ony driveway. Took it to the big o I love near and thru were extremely nice and honest and checked it out to make sure it was not brake fluid . It was condensation from the ac He did check the back brakes and said they were not serviced..Feel like I owed a partial refund. Bern waiting to hear from a district manager for 4 days. Still no response..Just called again and was told he would contact me. I seriously doubt it . Obviously he was aware of my complaint as he had the store manager call me right after itBusiness response

I personally spoke with **** and worked out a resolution with her that has been completed for several weeks.
She was in agreement that the communication between her and our staff was lacking on both parts. She also admitted that these “garages” were not pricing the work that we had done. So the comparison was not accurate. Regardless she has been taken care of and everything is fine.
