August 1st 2023 I purchased a 2012 Hyundai and had a co-signer we did the contract at this car lot and 2 months later I had to go redo the same paperwork because they misplaced their paperwork, I called and asked where do I make my car payments and they tell me they don't know that I had to come back and redo my contract because they don't have all the information for the finance company,,then they call me and said they had to do a sheriff's inspection so they took my car and informed me i can't have it back because i don't have all my paperwork so they got my down payment and my car .. I'm 61 years old and I feel they are taking advantage of the elderly and because I'm a woman..Business Response

***** unfortunately was not able to prove what she had stated on her application that we sent off to the bank in which the bank returned the deal, ******* knew her obligations to what she had signed for with the bank and what she had to prove. She had the vehicle for 4 months and we tried to help her a 2nd time to give her the benefit of a doubt and did the same thing, Drove our vehicle around and would not call or answer us until she found out we were looking for the car. we have multiple texts and phone calls proving we tried getting ahold of ***** explaining that the bank was at the end of the alotted time frame for her proof of income. She only became responsive when we found and took our car back. We do not rent vehicles here and cannot just let people come in and drive them for 500 dollars and return the down payment after they are done with the car. She is responsible for the loan she signed to on the contract and did not keep her end of the deal with us or the bank. She is always welcome back but she need to make sure she has all of her proof of income and proof of residence is she wants to purchase a vehicle. We will grant her a $500 voucher on any vehcle she wants to buy in the future but as long as she brings all of her stipulations that the bank requires!Initial Complaint

They were not honest about a vehicle we bought. They said they had new tires but didn’t report front end damage from the vehicle. We have had the vehicle less than 6 months and had to get new tires and new rims. The car fax was clean.Business Response

we sold this car with all good faith
we go by Carfax assisment on vehicle, we do service our cars and inspect them befor we sell them.so if we noticed any issues with the car it would have have been taken care of.
after six months of usage I cann't tell if you had a little accident and may have missed up the aliglnment on the car wnich may caused the car to wear the tires
and when i say an accident I mean rubbing the tire with the sidewalk or hitting a curb,
sorry that i have to say I cann't help you, but you did buy a car AS-IS, and even signed a Buyer GUIDE that state you are buying a car AS_IS.

On October 2022 me and my fiance buy a truck from 5 star motor but the truck was in a bad condition, I spoke the owner **** and we came to agreement to pay off the truck and to get something different, we agreed to pay the remaining of 3,000. On November after Thanksgiving **** sold us a ram truck 20219 not knowing he gave us a fake sell recipe and wrong price on the truck. I found out like 3moth ago he didn't put all the down payment, he stole 4,500 from us. I call **** right away explain what happened he agreed to help me to get my money back from him because he said **** had stole money from othere customer and him, not knowing everything was a lie. When I call back I was told **** knew **** took that money but didn't care because this was not first time **** do this, and **** don't care since they go 50% on it, I am asking for my money back please. I try to take them to court but they said the got more power than me since they got money and lawyers to take care of it.Business Response

The customer had a language barrier and unfortunately did not understand that they had to pay the dodge ram off that was still owed to us and was only allotted the remainder of what we gave them for the dodge ram, they still owed us for repairing the truck as well that they were not accounting for the repairs. **** put in the truck exactly what was told to him and was never given any money because there wasn't an exchange of cash in ****** hands, only paperwork. **** would never do anything remotely close to what is stated here and never stated to the customer that he did such a thing. They gave me the money (****** not **** and I never told anyone any money was stolen. The truck that was purchased was signed for you stating you understood, if you didnt understand i dont understand why you would sign. In this matter this is a lie and cannot resolve anything. I'd be happy to explain the situation again, There is no fake sale receipt nor any money stolen.

I am rejecting this response because: now his backing off **** when him and his employees said **** has told from me and other customers, I have my receipt and because of my loan office told me that how I know they took the money **** said **** took the money and **** said it was ****. I have my receipt so I want this money back I has also reported this to loan department and they are doing investigation too. There 2 people will stay same thing.

I purchased a truck on February 2022 and thr company put my title into my business without me knowing instead of my name making it impossible for me to title my truck. They have had a year and a half to fix the issue and have done no such thing to remedy the issue. At this point I have lost over 300 thousand dollars in work due to inability to drive.Business Response

The customer is more than welcome to call into title work here and ask for steve to help, i'm not understanding the issue being that you should be able to transfer the title into your name if its in your business name? We would only transfer the title in the business name if thats what was put on the buyer's order or told us to. Or else i dont know how we would even know the customers business name without him telling us. please call ********** and ask for ***** in titles to help resolve this.

they took my 800 dollars and said i was approved and gave me the car then took the car back 3 days later! and lied like the bank has my money but i spoke with the bank and they advised that jason is lying he also ******** harassed meBusiness Response

Customer had fake paycheck stubs and was told to bring the car back and went to jail for coming to the dealership and assaulting the owner, breaking his teeth. The only issue is the customer in this matter.
