Bought truck from them April 28th on a Friday. The very next Monday check engine light kicked on. Two days later transmission messed up and would not shift. After talking to them. They told me I would have to go through warranty company and that they would take care of everything. After taking to transmission shop. Kearneys did nothing but cuss and talk down to transmission shop saying they did not know what they were doing. After truck was fixed, kearneys then told me that they forgot to tell me I have to file the claim after they told me they would take care of it. So after another couple of days waiting. I then was told I would have to pay the deductible on a truck I had only drove for 3 days. And that they would not be paying to have the check engine light shut off because in their words. It’s only a light. Check engine light is required to be turned off by ram dealership.

I bought a car from Kearney car lot on Preston hwy January of 2022. With a 90 day warranty. 2 days later the car was filling with exhaust fumes making me and my kids extremely ill. I contacted them. They had me drop it off to them the following Tuesday. When I dropped it off to them I had only put 26 miles on the car. They had my car 3 weeks and 4 days and called me to come pick it up as they couldn't find anything wrong with it. When I got in my car it still had only the 26 miles that I had put on it. So that shows that it never once left the lot to go to the mechanic shop. I took it to my mechanic. He called the next morning informing me that the turbo was out. I called several times only to be given the run around as to why I couldn't talk to the manager that deals with these issues. So finally after a few days of not being able to reach him I stopped in the car lot and once again he was unavailable. But the owner happened to walk in. He said they they were talking and didn't believe that was the issue but they would write a check to my mechanic but not to come back with any more complaints. As of today July 28th, 2022 I'm about 5000.00 deep into repairs on a car that they have refused to make good on and now the owner is sending threatening messages via Facebook messenger. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Once again my car is back in the shop with 900.00 worth of work being done on it.
