      I brought a 2008 Bmw x5. It blew up within 2 hours. I notified va quality motors immediately. They first salid they were going to put me in another car. I told them I didn't want another car from them because I didn't trust anything on their lot. Please help me get my money back. Also one of their employees said he had driven the car for 5 days in the previous week. I was also told that all the fluids had been checked and filled up. That was not the case because there was no antifreeze in the radiator.

      **** ******* came to Va Quality Motors and was interested in a BMW X5 that we had for sale. She was told she could take her time on a test drive and make a decision afterwards. The vehicle ran and sounded great according to **** *******. We explained that all of our vehicles are inspected prior to putting them on the lot, but all of our used cars are sold as is, unless you purchase a warranty. **** ******* declined the warranty and said she has her own mechanic that can take care of any repairs. We made it very clear that the vehicle was sold as is verbally and on paperwork, because we would hate to misguide any customer of ours regarding that aspect. We did get a call from **** ******* later on the day, that the BMW X5 broke down on her and I notified her that we would love to have our mechanic take a look at it. The vehicle was towed to our mechanics facility couple days later and we were informed that the motor was blown, due to driving the vehicle even after it overheated. No promises were made to **** ******* at all regarding putting her in another car. Even though the vehicle was sold as is, no warranty at all, the owner of VA Quality Motors was still pretty adamant on trying to help out **** ******* and pay for the motor out of his own pocket and just have **** ******* pay for the labor. **** *******'s mother came in here and did not want to hear what the owner had to say and left abruptly. When we told **** ******* that the owner of Va Quality Motors is willing to pay for her new engine, and she would be responsible for the labor, she told me she would get back to me and I never got a call back or any update if she wants to go ahead with that. We went above and beyond to try to get this matter resolved and offered to pay for an engine on a vehicle that was sold without a warranty, but unfortunately we did not get any response, or a plan of what **** ******* wants to do.

      OVER PRICING , SCAMMERS ON WARRANTY they you they have warranty but as soon as you pull off the lot you no longer have it. DISRESPECTFUL. The people who inspect those cars are FRAUDS.

      They had sold me an at time reasonable lemon. I had gotten the car & test drove it, when purchasing the car it was nothing wrong with it until 3 days later. I asked them for my money back after three days and they told me that I couldn’t get my money back due to the law. My air wasn’t working nor was my transmission.  I had gotten into a bad car accident my on the 28th of October and at the time of purchase my car was 9000 dollars which left me at 2-3 year payment plan which was okay with me at the time cause I knew I could pay them off for my car by tax time. Well I put down 3500 for a 9000 car and when I got into an accident the insurance company advised me that the car was a TOTAL LOSS and that because it was a BRANDED TITLE that value of the car had went down. Well after they heard that they contacted me saying that my car payoff was now at 15000 and they also advised me that they didn’t work with my insurance company ( root ) because they was “ asking for too much and they didn’t want to deal with them ). Is there any way you guys could help. I’ve also seen on other reviews during the time I had my car that they did the same thing to other. They are very rude and threatening customers if they have any concerns or try to leave bad reviews.

      To whom it may concerns;

      To start off Ms. ******* is not even allowed on our property anymore because of terroristic threats against the company. Ms. ******* had a problem with the radio, door locks, key fob that we fixed everything out of our pocket at no cost to the customer. Ms. ******* was involved in an accident and wants VA Quality Motors to wipe out her balance because the insurance is not paying enough. We told her that's not an option. We have a signed contract, where she is aware of everything. Contract can be mailed to you if needed. As of now we are working with the Insurance Company to get this resolved and to be done with Ms. ******* for good. We ***'t wish to do future business Ms. ******* because of her behavior/threats against our company and employees. Please feel free to email me back with any questions.
